How to Claim HRDF for Your Interactive Whiteboard

Step 1 — Confirm Eligibility & Get Quotation

Contact IO Solutions for a formal quotation. We will confirm your HRD Corp registration status, recommend a compatible registered training programme, and prepare the supporting documents required by HRD Corp.

Step 2 — Submit Grant Application to HRD Corp

Submit your grant application at least one working day before the training start date via the HRD Corp employer portal. Attach the quotation, trainer profile, and course schedule we provide. HRD Corp reviews and issues a grant approval.

Step 3 — Receive, Install & Submit Claim

We deliver and install the IWB at your premises in Klang Valley or across Malaysia, conduct the training, and provide the final invoice and attendance records. Submit the claim to HRD Corp for reimbursement under SBL-Khas.
